Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

it’s nothing extraordinary. but it does the job! it was very simple to assemble. the instructions are very clear and me and my 5 year old had it put together in about 10 minutes if that. now my only thing to say is that it is not for larger cats. my boy is small, he’s only 8 lbs. and honestly if he were any larger it really would not work. but he’s full grown so it should be just fine. he was more than happy to immediately jump up there. do some sight seeing, then take a midday cat nap!

Super tall and lots of things for the cat to sit on and play. It’s super soft and didn’t take super long to put together. It came with L wrench screws which was a simple and didn’t need other tools.

It’s amazing
Didn’t know whether or not our new kitten would like this but because he kept running and clawing all over our new couch , I decided to give it a try. Not only does he play with the hanging toys he sleeps in the little hammock , which is a God send being that he loves to sleep right in my face. It was also easy to put together .
We have several inside cats and they totally love this and play in it and sleep in it all the time. Seems very well constructed and I’m very pleased with it.
